The location of this hotel is perfect for lazy travellers like me who are not willing to walk all the way to the subway station. It's very near to both the subway station and a night market. Furthermore, the hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. They even provided me with complimentary bottled water. The best part of my stay was the spacious room. I had everything I needed in terms of hotel facilities, including a fridge and Ethernet LAN port.
Could not be improved in any way.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Taipei. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the nearby Metro station and right in the heart of the crowded Ximen district. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, and I particularly enjoyed the luxury of having a bath tub in my room. The breakfast spread was also delicious and satisfying.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any major faults.

Great location just a few minutes away from the city center, with easy access to public transport. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast packs that were left at our door every morning, and the fact that our charger was found and kept safe for us during our absence.
The thin walls and windows made it difficult to have a peaceful and quiet night, as we could hear outside noise and even other guests at times. the building layout was somewhat confusing and could be challenging for older guests.

We loved the location of this hotel, it was very convenient for exploring the city. the subway was so close, just a few steps away, and there were lots of shopping centers nearby. XiMenDing night market was very near and also there were lots of food options around.
The service wasn't up to the mark. the staff struggled to understand our requests and the communication was poor at times.

The room had an Ethernet LAN port and power outlets right next to the desk, which was convenient for work. The location was great, with shopping places nearby and easy to find. The staff were friendly and provided free bottled water.
The facilities were old and not well-maintained. The air conditioning was noisy at night and couldn't be adjusted manually.
